Sinha, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Soni Srivastava, learned counsel for the Economic Offence Unit.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that recently a First Information Report giving rise to

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.868 of 2023(3) dt.30-10-2023 2/3 Rupaspur P.S. Case No.842 of 2023 has been registered.

3. Learned counsel further submits that in Cr.WJC No.1150 of 2022, this Court has issued direction to the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna to take a view on all the complaints with regard to the Real Estate Company and has observed that it would have been in the fitness of the things if all the FIRs are transferred to the Economic Offence Police Station and the Economic Offence Unit takes charge of all the investigations. It is submitted that in this case also similar observations be made.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the case of the petitioner would equally be covered by the observations of this Court as contained in paragraph '34' of the order dated 02.08.2023 passed by this Court in Cr.WJC No.1150 of 2022.

5. This Court has been further informed that in yet another Cr.WJC No.98 of 2023, this Court has called upon the State as well as the Economic Offence Unit to file their respective affidavits showing compliance with the directions of this Court passed in Cr.WJC No.1150 of 2022.

6. Having regard to the aforementioned submissions, this Court is disposing of the present writ application as the FIR has already been registered and the matter relating to transfer of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.868 of 2023(3) dt.30-10-2023 3/3 all the investigations are being taken care of in Cr.WJC No.98 of 2023. The case of the petitioner would be equally goverened by the observations of this Court passed in Cr.WJC No.1150 of 2022.
