2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 175 liters country made liquor was recovered from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are not concerned with the alleged recovery and have been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner No. 1 has got six and petitioner No. 2 has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.
