2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19976 of 2012 dt.03-10-2016 2/2 the letter dated 17.09.2012 issued vide memo no. 3365/GO and further vide memo no. 1797 dated 22.09.2012 whereby the respondent Superintendent of Police, Araria has issued extensive instructions to the other respondent authorities in the district regarding coercive measures to be taken for implementation of the decision circulated vide the impugned letter dated 04.09.2012 against the petitioners and other similarly situated dealers having valid certificate of registration; and for connected reliefs.

3. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case stands covered by a judgment of this Court dated 27.09.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19474 of 2012.

4. Having regard to the stand of the parties and with their consent, the present writ petition stands disposed of in line with and on the same terms as the judgment dated 27.09.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19474 of 2012.
