====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 Today again on call, a prayer is being made on behalf of the petitioner for adjourning the case. Yesterday also, when the case was called out, a prayer was made for granting accommodation. However, while adjourning the case, it was indicated that no further adjournment shall be granted. Accordingly, there is no reason for adjourning the case. I have perused the materials on record and after going through the same, it is evident that the petitioner, being a Mukhiya, had connived and misappropriated public fund.
Considering the fact that there is specific accusation against the petitioner, there is no reason to grant anticipatory bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
