JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.

This application is for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they are named in the FIR.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that no specific allegation has been levelled against petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault and the injury report attached with this petition shows that there is no serious injury on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51755 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 the persons injured. It has also been submitted that there is a case and counter case and the injury was found against the petitioners' side also.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that there is omnibus allegation against all the petitioners and there is nothing on the record to show that there is any grievous injury, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulpras P.S.Case No.50 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
