The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that accusation is in view of the dispute with regard to irrigation of the land. There is a case and counter case. It is urged that all the injuries are simple except one on hand which has been found grievous. It is further contended that injuries are on both sides. It is also submitted that the first F.I.R. was lodged from the side of the petitioners by Kanhaiya Pd. Singh, i.e., petitioner no. 2 and this F.I.R. has been lodged as a

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely Chandan Kumar Singh and Kanhaiya Pd. Singh be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
