JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and Gotni of the deceased. Petitioners live separately from the husband of the deceased. Petitioners never demanded any dowry nor tortured the deceased at any point of time. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. During investigation also nothing has come against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the
