The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 353, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that one Munna Yadav was killed in a road accident, when the mob blocked the road and damaged the bus. When the police reached there, they raised various demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is against the mob. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56518 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned M.K. Singh, J.M., Ist Class, Nawada in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
