This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2016 dated 29.07.2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has informed this Court that chargesheet in
