The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to grant the benefit of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P) Scheme to the petitioner with effect from the date he became entitled for the same; to pay the arrears of difference of salary consequent to the petitioner getting benefit of the A.C.P. Scheme; to fix the pension of the petitioner in the revised scale; to pay the arrears of difference of pension; and for consequential reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled.

3. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts the statements made in paragraph 8 of the supplementary counter affidavit, according to which the grievance of

4. In the above view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of.
