2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of B.N.S. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50944 of 2025.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other accused persons is alleged of committing loot in the house of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2025 and has one criminal antecedent.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that till now only charge has been framed.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has participated in the loot of gold jewellery, this Court finds no
