Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.187 of 2016 for the offences registered under sections 323, 419, 420, 406, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he took Rs.3,00,000/- from the informant on the pretext to provide government job to his sons.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the nephew of the petitioner is son-in-law of the informant and, as a matter of

No.43667 of 2016 (3) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 fact, the petitioner was mediator in the marriage of his nephew and subsequently, some dispute arose between the petitioner and his nephew and thereafter, the nephew of the petitioner got managed the informant and got instituted the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Amarpur P.S. Case no. 187 of 2016 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.H./- U T
