====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 62 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered form the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 20.02.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22945 of 2020(2) dt.16-09-2020 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 62 of 2020.
