JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2015 The petitioner was appointed as Constable on 18.3.1975 and superannuated from service on 31.12.2011 after completion of 37 years of service. His grievance is that he has not been given the benefit of 3rd A.C.P. under modified scheme, 2010 on completion of 30 years of service. In this regard, he has also filed a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Supaul but no action has been taken as yet.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that the Superintendent of Police, Supaul would dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
