Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order on the same day, in accordance with law considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.400500/- in the learned Court below to compensate the loss of public money.
