The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pipra P.S. Case No. 18/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 302, 120B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Tetari Devi filed complaint petition on 03.01.2015 on the basis of which the present F.I.R. was lodged. The informant made omnibus and general allegation of demand of dowry and torture. She further alleged that on 21.09.2014 Subhash Sah husband of her daughter took her daughter on undertaking that he would keep her daughter properly. The informant got information on 23.12.2014 that her daughter was killed and her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45932 of 2016 (3) dt.09-01-2017 2/2 dead-body was hurriedly cremated.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. They have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband.

Learned A.P.P. on the other hand, did not dispute this fact.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are mother-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased, petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 18/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
