The petitioner's son, namely, Vikas Agrawal has been made accused in Kadam Kuan P.S.Case No.412 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. He has been remanded to judicial custody. On conclusion of investigation, the police have already submitted charge sheet in the case.

In the instant writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the prayer of the petitioner is to discharge his son from the aforesaid case.
