In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.1093 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

The girl in her statement has stated that she has gone in Nepal along with the petitioner voluntarily.
