1422 dated 24.12.2012 issued under signature of Deputy Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna by which petitioner has illegally been awarded punishment of Censure to be recorded in year 2006-07; withholding

Patna High Court CWJC No.23398 of 2013(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 of one increment with non-cumulative effect without appreciating the fact that this petitioner was at all not responsible for the alleged charges."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been awarded minor punishment, however it be directed that the same shall have no effect upon the post superannuation career of the petitioner, who is stated to have retired in the year 2022. It is directed, accordingly.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
