The present writ application has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents to make payment of the admitted amount of arrear of salary from 30th April, 2015 to 30th April, 2016 along with penal interest @ 8% per annum due to admittedly delay in payment by the respondents University.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and also perusing the contents of the writ application, it appears that the petitioner has visited several times before the respondent authorities and represented her matter by way of written

4. In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Registrar, L.N. Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga (respondent no.2) along with along with the supporting documents. The Registrar, L.N. Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga (respondent no.2) shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner and respondent no.2 is directed to personally hear the petitioner or her counsel and pay the claim/admitted dues of the petitioner.

5. It is made clear that the respondent no.2 shall be personally responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
