JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) Certiorari: For setting aside of letter no. 233 dated 05.09.2013 (Annexure-9) issued under the signature of Respondent project Director declining making payment to the petitioner.
(ii) Mandamus: Directing the Respondent to pay the remuneration to the petitioner for seven months worth Rs. 3,60,300 only which has not been paid to

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.
