Learned counsel for the respondents states that if the petitioner were to approach with bona fide offer, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the present petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate authority on 01.08.2022 at 10:30 A.M. We clarify that we have not adjudicated the dispute on merits. All questions of fact and law are left open to be agitated and adjudicated before the appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings.
