The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 483 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 14.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62820 of 2022 with an observation to learned trial court to expedite and conclude the trial000.. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report, dated 09.05.2024, with regard to present stage of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29404 of 2024(3) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 trial has been received and the same is kept at flag 'R'. From its perusal it appears that the trial may be concluded within a year.

No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected.

Accordingly, petition stands disposed off.

However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within 6 months, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer of bail.
