The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 451 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in loot of motorcycle. Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR was lodged against unknown. He further submits that in this case petitioner was voluntarily surrendered on 22.02.2019 but as yet he has not been put on T.I.P. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused namely Md. Afroj, Md. Dilshad @ Munna, Md. Rashid @ Raju have been granted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25640 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 451 of 2018.
