2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he gave gun-shot injury to the informant in his right hand wrist. Petitioner has also got five criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
