JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Earlier petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail was allowed to be withdrawn vide order dated 20.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6305 of 2017 with direction to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Considering the fact that petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail has already been dismissed with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below, as such, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is accordingly, dismissed.
