Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 477 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 452, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State opposes the prayer of bail and submits that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the father of the informant by means of iron rod. He therefore, submits that

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is accordingly rejected.
