Patna High Court CWJC No.11839 of 2021(2) dt.11-01-2022 2/3 "(a) For issuance of appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s), directing /commanding the respondent authorities to pay a sum of Rs.31,28,300/- (Thirty One lakhs Twenty eight thousand and Three hundred rupees only) with interest for completing the Student Health Check-up Programme for financial year 2010-11 in Middle Schools situated under Block Barahar, Koilwar, Bihiya, Shahpur, Tarari, Piro, Sahar and Charpokhar of District Blhojpur allotted to the petitioner by District Health Society.

(b) For issuance of appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) directing the respondents to grant appropriate relief(s) to the petitioner in respect of its legitimate and admitted dues.

(c) The petitioner further prays for any other relief(s) that the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instruction, states that the petitioner shall be content, if it is permitted to withdraw the present petition, reserving liberty to approach the appropriate forum by way of filing a civil suit for redressal of the grievances.

Prayer allowed.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
