BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 19-07-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was initially appointed on daily basis on 17.06.1988 and he worked up to 02.06.1998. Thereafter, once again he was appointed on adhoc basis on 29.04.1989 and the counsel is not aware up to what date the petitioner has worked.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in identical circumstances State has taken into consideration various judgments and proceeded to pass litigation policy. In terms of litigation policy read with the similarly situated person, petitioner is entitled to regularization. In this regard, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition and pursue the matter before the
