2 The petitioners apprehend arrest in Biraul PS Case No 213 of 2020 dated 21.06.2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 of Indian Penal Code.
3 As per the prosecution case, the accursed persons brutally assaulted the informant as a result of which he received injuries.
4 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27535 of 2023(4) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 injuries caused by the petitioners to the informant are simple in nature. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case.
5 Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6 Considering the rival submissions, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioners above named be enlarged on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Biraul, Darbhanga in Biraul PS Case No 213 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
