This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 12.06.2008 passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bagha at West Champaran in Complaint Case No. 278 of 2008/Tr. No. 2334 of 2015 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioners for the offences under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The impugned order has been passed on 12.06.2008 and the quashing application has been filed in 2015 after

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58221 of 2015(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 inordinate delay that too without satisfactory explanation of the delay. Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the ground of delay and latches.
