No. 1 of 2025 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 21.03.2025 by making a categorical submission that still the petitioner has grievance with respondent no.10, the Managing Director, Bihar Hill Area Lift Irrigation Corporation, hence the representation as would be preferred by the petitioner for payment of his admissible claim may be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

2. Learned Advocate for the Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation and the State are present.

3. While disposing the writ petition vide order dated 21.03.2025, this Court in order to give quietus to the litigation directed the petitioner to file a detailed representation before respondent no.3 preferably within a period of four weeks from today along with the necessary documents. It was further

Patna High Court CWJC No.11737 of 2021(14) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 observed that the erstwhile employer of the petitioner (BHALCO) shall also extend support to the Corporation to resolve the dispute.

4. Considering the submissions advanced by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that still certain grievance are left with BHALCO (respondent no.10), this Court finds substance in the submission of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and modify paragraph 8 of the order dated 21.03.2025 to the extent that the petitioner shall also be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.10 within a period of three weeks from today, who shall consider the claim of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of such representation along with a copy of the order.

5. Order dated 21.03.2025 stands modified to the extent indicated hereinabove.
