07-01-2015 Today again on call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to press this petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. On earlier date also, there was non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Learned AC to SC-3 by way of referring to statement made in paragraph nos. 4 and 6 of the show cause filed on behalf of Opp.Party no.5 submits that the order of the writ court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit. Be that as it may, since repeatedly none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
