By way of the present writ application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Shastri Nagar P. S. Case No. 546 of 2014 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of I. T. Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to file an appropriate application, in case adverse police report is submitted against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.195 of 2015 (3) dt.03-12-2015 2/2 Leave is granted.
