JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Neither the rifle which has been produced before the police by the informant does not belong to this petitioner nor the same has been recovered from his possession. There is no fire arm injury. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40086 of 2017(2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned Court, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S.
