This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 437 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the accused persons is regarding killing the wife of one Rajesh Paswan.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the deceased girl is already in custody and as far as the petitioner no. 1 is concerned, she is the mother-in-law while the petitioner no. 2 is the sister-in-law and the petitioner no. 3 is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, more particularly the fact that the husband is in custody, I deem it fit and proper to admit the petitioners herein to the privilege of anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 437 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U T
