21-09-2017 After some argument, Sri Arun Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below, considering the nature of accusation as well as the fact that petitioner's name has come on the basis of confession of co-accused, may consider the same without being prejudiced with this order and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably on the same date.
