Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 178 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and section 10 of the Bihar Examination Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Petitioner had neither filled up forms nor she was appearing in the said examination. Petitioner is a girl having no criminal antecedent.
