2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur) O.P. P.S. Case No. 498/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/353/325/447 / 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 25.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6020/2022.

4. The petitioner is accused in 16 cases, most of them are under Excise Act.

5. The petitioner has been granted bail in all other cases and he has been convicted in one case in which the sentence is the period undergone.

6. Considering the period of custody, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Muzaffarpur/ concerned court in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur) O.P. P.S. Case No. 498/2021.

8. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Saraiya (Jaitpur) O.P. P.S. on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
