Patna High Court CWJC No.9173 of 2014 dt.12-04-2017 2/2 petitioner that during the pendency of the application most of the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. However, he submitted that the revised leave encashment and computation of pension have yet not been paid to the petitioner. It is also submitted that Rs.10,000/- from the gratuity of the petitioner has been withheld for no reason.

2. Considering the nature of claim, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the Principal Secretary/Secretary, Information Public Relation Department, Bihar, Patna in respect of her claim within three weeks from today. In case of filing of representation, the respondent Principal Secretary/Secretary, Information Public Relation Department, Bihar, Patna shall be required to dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks.

3. It is needless to say that if any amount is found admissible, the same should also be paid to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.
