The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. No. 131 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2023 and there is recovery of total 139.5 liters wine.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

No. 131 of 2023.
