The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which has already been rejected vide order dated 20.05.2010 and 21.07.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1318 of 2010 and Cr. Misc. 25068 of 2010, on the ground that the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount of rupees one lakh to the complainant but the complainant has not turning up to receive that amount and as such, the petitioner has not surrendered in the Court below. The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of pre-arrest bail.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner is approaching this court after laps of more than 7
