After the application was filed more than 11 years back on 09.10.2006, office has pointed out various defects and time was granted to the applicant to rectify the defects on 17.01.2007 and thereafter again on 19.03.2007. Even though more than 10 years have passed, defects have not been rectified as yet and when the matter is called for today, none is appearing on behalf of the applicant to prosecute the case. In view of the above, I see no reason to make any
