JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2024 This writ application has been filed for a direction to the concerned respondents to grant first time bound promotion from post of Lecturer to Reader as well as 2nd T.B.P. to the petitioner's father namely Dharmdeo Singh, who was working as Lecturer in Sri Guru Govind Singh College, Patna City and retired on 31.12.1990 as Head of Department in Economic Department the from said college and accordingly pay the differences of salary amount and other benefits of the promoted

2. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of this writ application granting liberty to file representation before the respondent no. 4 /concerned respondent within a period of six weeks from today.

3. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent shall examine the same and pass appropriate order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

4. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
