The present interlocutory application has been filed to convert the present Civil Writ Application into Criminal Writ Application, submitting that due to inadvertence of the typist the present application was filed as Civil Writ Application instead of Criminal Writ Application.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the averment made in this application, this interlocutory application is allowed and the office is directed to convert it into Criminal Writ Application within one week. List this case on 29.09.2020.
