Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 235 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 354(A), 504, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute. Morevoer, the present first information report has been lodged after 10 days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 235 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
