JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For quashing the order dated 10.09.2013 passed by learned District Magistrate, Vaishali in Anganbari Case No. R-66 A/ 2012-13 whereby appeal filed on behalf of the Respondent No.-6 agaisnt her termination order has been allowed and her termination order passed by District Program Officer, Vaishali was set aside.

(ii) Also for quashing the consequent order contained in Memo No. 2453 dated 05.10.2013 passed by District Programme Officer, Vaishali

Patna High Court CWJC No.24252 of 2013(3) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 whereby selection of the petitioner to the post of Anganwari Savika, Centre No. 97 under Rajapakar block in the District of Vaishali has been cancelled in most arbitrary manner.

(iii) Also to allow the petitioner to work as Anganbari Sevika at Anganbar Centre No. 97 under Rajapakar block in the District of Vaishali.

(iv) Also to restrain the respondent No.-6 from working as Anganbari Sevika at Anganbari Centre No. 97 under Rajapakar block in the District of Vaishali."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.
