The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018 registered under Section 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. The F.I.R. is lodged after one year of the occurrence. Further submission is that after issuance of notice upon the opposite party, she did not appear in the case.
