JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sarai P.S. Case No. 135 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that anticipatory bail of coaccused namely, Suvesh Rai has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 38737 of 2017. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Petitioner is absconding and process under Section 82 Cr. P.C. has already been issued.

In such circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail of
