2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has molested and injured a 14 years old girl and he is in jail since 05.03.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations against the petitioner are wrong, and the matter has been settled between the parties.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. I have considered the submissions of the parties. It appears that the petitioner is tampering with the evidence also.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

9. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after the deposition of the victim is recorded in the court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
